**BrightStar Care of Plano/North Dallas** is seeking a compassionate and experienced **Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our team and provide one\\-on\\-one care to a pediatric client in their home. If you have a heart for children and experience with **g\\-button and complex pediatric care**, we’d love to hear from you!
**Position Details:**
**Schedule:** 12\\-hour overnight shifts (7p–7a)
**Location:** Wichita Falls, TX
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment
* Monitor and manage tracheostomy, g\\-tube, and other specialized pediatric needs
* Assess, observe, and report client condition and changes to the clinical team
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communication with the care team and family
* Ensure a safe, nurturing environment that supports the child’s overall health and well\\-being
**Requirements:**
**Active RN license** in the State of Texas (required)
**Pediatric experience** (home health preferred)
**G\\-button experience** (required)
Current CPR certification
