**Home Health Registered Nurse for Skilled Visits to service Austin, Texas and surrounding metro areas starting starting at $45 per visit.!!**



**\\*\\*A tablet will be provided for all Full\\-Time RNs's only. \\*\\***


**\\*\\* Travel Time and Mileage Paid. \\*\\***



* Per Hour: $45\\.00 (Treatments).


* Per Hour: $50\\.00 (Non\\-OASIS Assessments/ Recerts).


* Per Hour: $75\\.00 (OASIS Assessments/Recerts).



Brightstar Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. **What You'll Do:**


* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical conditions and needs.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the team.
* Administer medications, treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patients' responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care.


**Qualifications:**


* **Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.**
* CPR \\& BLS certification.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care practices.
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
