The internship will take place June 1st\\-August 7th 2026\\. Interns will be scheduled to work 20\\-30 hours per week, Mon\\-Fri business hours. This is an on\\-site role requiring the ability to work at locations throughout the Greater Charlotte area.

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Nursing Student Interns to join our healthcare team. This internship provides hands\\-on clinical experience under the supervision of licensed professionals, helping students apply classroom knowledge in a real\\-world healthcare setting. Interns will assist with patient care, clinical documentation, and support daily operations in a fast\\-paced environment.
**Major Responsibilities:**
* Assist nurses and clinical staff with basic patient care tasks
* Observe and learn clinical procedures and protocols
* Support documentation and charting under supervision
* Help with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
* Uphold patient confidentiality and professional standards
**Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:**
* None Required.
**Education Required:**
* Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a junior or senior status.
* Completed at least one clinical rotation (preferred).
**Experience Required:**
* Completed at least one clinical rotation (preferred).
**Knowledge, Skills \\& Abilities Required:**
* Current enrollment with junior or senior status at a regional accredited college or university. Interns are expected to be in the process of obtaining an undergraduate degree.
* CPR certification.
* Grade point average of at least 2\\.5\\.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability in successfully completing tasks.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel.
* Must demonstrate integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
