### **Key Duties and Responsibilities**
* Provide 24/7 operational leadership and oversight for designated clinical unit(s).
* Ensure high\\-quality care and optimal patient outcomes through evidence\\-based practices.
* Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and collaboration among caregivers.
* Promote a healing and supportive environment that reflects organizational values for both patients and staff.
* Lead caregiver performance through coaching, mentorship, and resource stewardship.
* Build, develop, and sustain effective multidisciplinary teams.
* Establish and maintain inter\\-professional relationships to support strategic healthcare goals.
* Adapt and lead effectively in a complex and continuously evolving clinical environment.
* Other duties as assigned.
### **Required Qualifications**
* Bachelorโs Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon (or ability to obtain).
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
* A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with demonstrated progression in leadership roles.
### **Desired Qualifications**
* Masterโs Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare/administrative field.
* Formal training or coursework in management, finance, or healthcare administration.
* National certification in a relevant area of clinical expertise.
* Prior experience in a management or leadership capacity within a healthcare setting.
