Care Unlimited Health Services is hiring a **Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)**. In this position, you will be providing one\\-on\\-one care in a patient's home.
All positions are available to start immediately after the onboarding process.
*Job Description:*
* Prepare, administer, and record medications per MD orders and protocols.
* Perform all job duties in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, adheres to agency standards of care, policies, and procedures.
* Ability to initiate emergency protocols in response to patient situations.
* Reports to Case Manager, RN Supervisor, and DON.
* Traveling to patient's home is *required.*
*Qualifications:*
* Licensed as a Vocational Nurse
* A minimum of one (1\\) year experience
* Comfortable with Ventilators and Tracheostomy Care
* Knowledgable on G\\-Tube Feeding
* Current CPR Card
* Current TB/Physical Clearance
