Job Details:
This position involves gaining comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of a Production facility by collaborating with Team Members to foster a safe working environment and ensure timely production of high-quality products. Key responsibilities include:
Observing and learning how to maximize production capacity while maintaining high quality standards.
Working with Maintenance and other resources to ensure equipment functions properly and complies with government regulations.
Learning to perform first aid in the absence of the nurse.
Assisting supervisors and managers as needed and performing additional duties as required.
Through these experiences, the trainee will be prepared to take on the role of a supervisor for a designated area. The trainee must also understand the interactions between Accounting, Human Resources, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, and Production.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience is required.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are necessary.
Travel: No travel is required.
