📝 Description: **Qualifications: Illinois Nursing Licensure**
Two (2\\) years hospice or home care experience
Two (2\\) years of supervisory experience (i.e. charge nurse)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Associates degree in nursing required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Monitors all Nursing and CNA staff to ensure that planning and delivery of quality, cost\\-effective hospice care is provided through scheduling efforts that reflect both high and low volume.
* Take on\\-call, as required.
* Spend at least two days weekly as a patient care provider.
**Community Interaction:**
* Help to maintain on\\-going physician, nursing home, and hospital relationships.
* Provides education to groups seeking information about hospice and the hospice philosophy.
