Become part of Essentia’s accomplished team in Duluth, Minnesota on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior!We are currently hiring for our Inpatient Rehab team at Essentia Health \\- Duluth!\\- You will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. \\- You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. \\- You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

* In accordance with Minnesota Rules 245G.11 subdivision 1; all employees must be free of chemical use problems for at least two years immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact. Chemical use problems are defined as: receiving treatment for substance use within the period specified for the position in the staff qualification requirements, including medication\\-assisted treatment; substance use or mental health disorders that have negatively impacted the staff member’s job performance; substance use or mental health disorders that affect the credibility of treatment services with clients, referral sources, or other members of the community; and symptoms of intoxication or withdrawal on the job.
