**Job Summary:**
We are currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse\\-Midwife (CNM) to join our midwife\\-led practice of six CNMs at CMC in Manchester, New Hampshire. We are driven by a mission to deliver exceptional healthcare with a focus on patient\\-centered care and providing high\\-quality, compassionate care to every patient.
**Qualified Candidates:**
* Master’s Degree in Nurse\\-Midwifery or equivalent
* Certification as a Nurse\\-Midwife (CNM) through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) and Certified Nurse\\-Midwife (CNM) licensure in New Hampshire
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNM (preferred)
* Strong clinical skills including first assist for cesarean birth (preferred)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication and clinical skills
* Provide full\\-scope women’s healthcare, including comprehensive GYN care, labor and birth, postpartum care, family planning, and menopause management
* Attend births at The mom’s Place, offering a range of labor support options, and manage obstetric complications as needed
* Collaborate with fellow CNMs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal, patient\\-centered care
* Stay current with best practices and evidence\\-based guidelines in midwifery and women’s healthcare
