**Qualifications**:
* Current Wound Care Certification
* Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
* Current and active Louisiana Practical Nurse (LPN) license
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including 8\\-hour shifts M\\-F
* Have dependable transportation
**Job duties:**
* Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
* Communicates with the attending physicians, other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.
* Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms and Report changes in patient condition and need to RN
* Great time management skills
