**Responsibilities** **LVN Wellness** **:**



The **LVN Wellness** assists with the smooth running of the wellness of the assisted living.


**Key Responsibilities of a Wellness LVN:**
* Lead and supervise the wellness team to deliver high\\-quality, person\\-centered care
* Oversee resident assessments, individualized care plans, and medication management
* Collaborate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident health and wellness
* Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to wellness staff to maintain compliance and clinical excellence
* Monitor regulatory compliance and participate in licensing and state survey processes




**Qualifications** **of** **LVN Wellness****:**


* Active LVN license in the state of California
* Minimum of 1 year experience working in a senior living or long\\-term care facility
* At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
* Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
* Genuine passion for working with the geriatric population
* Knowledge of current health and wellness practices and trends in senior care
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
