📝 Description: **Wellness Director Duties and Responsibilities:**
* The coordination of resident care with a “hands on” management style
* Strong organizational skills
* Develops, reviews, and revises nursing and clinical policies
* Able to work days, but also willing to be flexible during a staff shortage or emergency situation
* Conduct employee performance evaluations and disciplinary situations to ensure quality care of residents
* Ability to multi\\-task
* Knowledge of State Specific Regulations
* Ability to lead in the recruitment of qualified staff by conducting interviews
* Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
