**Responsibilities**
* Provide high\\-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast\\-paced environment.
* Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.
* Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.
* Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
* Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve nursing practices.
* Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
* Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
* Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
* Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient care and outcomes.
* Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
**Experience/Qualifications**
* Valid RN license in New Hampshire with telemetry nursing experience.
