**Responsibilities**
* Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.
* Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
* Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
* Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
* Contribute to achieving departmental performance targets.
* Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the team.
* Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
* Utilize data to assess and improve patient care processes.
* Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
* Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.
* Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
**Experience/Qualifications**
* Current RN license in South Carolina or compact state.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
* Experience in an operating room setting preferred.
* Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient safety protocols.
* Ability to maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
* Ability to monitor and interpret patient vitals effectively.
* Excellent communication skills for teamwork and collaboration.
* Proven ability to document patient care accurately and timely.
* Willingness to assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.
* Experience in performance evaluations and providing feedback.
