**Responsibilities**
* Provide high\\-quality patient care in the operating room setting.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
* Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
* Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.
* Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
* Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.
* Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
* Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.
* Utilize data and metrics to assess surgical outcomes and efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.
* Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.
* Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
**Experience/Qualifications**
* Current RN license in Colorado with operating room experience required.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
* Strong understanding of surgical procedures and patient care protocols.
* Experience in monitoring patient vitals during surgical procedures.
* Strong adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons and medical staff.
* Proficiency in maintaining a sterile environment in the OR.
* Ability to evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.
* Familiarity with data analysis for assessing surgical outcomes.
* Willingness to engage in team meetings and strategy discussions.
