**Responsibilities**
* Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
* Monitor and assess the health of newborns, adjusting care plans as needed.
* Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
* Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.
* Provide emergency care and interventions as required.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for effective communication.
* Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

* Educate and support families regarding neonatal care and procedures.
* Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care and outcomes.

**Experience/Qualifications**
* Hold a valid RN license with specialization in Neonatal Intensive Care.
* Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in NICU nursing.
* Strong skills in monitoring and assessing newborn health.
* Adaptability to a fast\\-paced, high visibility work environment.
* Proficient in neonatal emergency care and interventions.
