* Provide high\\-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns in a hospital setting.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Experience/Qualifications**
* Current RN license in Maryland with a focus on maternal and newborn care.

* Experience in a hospital setting, particularly in mother\\-baby units.
* Proven ability to monitor patient health and report changes accurately.
* Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
