**Position:** RN\\-LTC\\-Long Term Care (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN\\-LTC\\-Long Term Care for a 6\\-week contract in Eatontown, New Jersey — earn up to ($1867 \\- $1965 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

**Responsibilities**
* Provide high\\-quality nursing care to long\\-term care patients.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
* Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
* Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
* Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
* Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve care delivery.
* Engage in regular communication with patients and their families.
* Assist in the training and mentoring of new nursing staff.
* Manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the facility.
* Maintain accurate and up\\-to\\-date patient records and documentation.
**Experience/Qualifications**
* Valid RN license in New Jersey with long\\-term care experience.
* Proven experience in patient care and monitoring in long\\-term settings.
* Strong communication skills to engage patients and families effectively.
* Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
* Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care planning.
* Familiarity with infection control protocols and safety procedures.
* Experience in utilizing performance metrics for care improvement.
