Currently we are looking for a **Labor and Delivery RN!**

**Estimated Blended Gross Weekly Pay Rate**: $2397\\.24

**Shift**: 5P\\-5A

**Unit Specifics:**



* Number of Beds \\- 16
* Number of Staff \\- 40
* Type of staff:
+ Day Shift \\- (*6RN's to include 1 charge, 1 scrub tech)*
+ Night Shift \\- (5RN's to include 1 charge, 1 scrub tech)
* Patient Ratios \\- 1:2, can fluctuate with acuity \\- Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
* Type of equipment \\- GE fetal monitor system
* EMR \\- CPN, Meditech





**Required Experience/Skills/Certifications:**


**Must have**:


* Ability to care for both low risk and high risk obstetric patients
* Ability to circulate a c\\-section
* NRP, BLS, ACLS, EFM\\-C or AWHONN Intermediate or advance fetal monitoring
* Strong patient experience skills


**Preferred or nice to have**:


* Comfortable with unblocked/unepiduralized patients
* Strong collaboration skills with physicians, midwives, and doulas
* Mom/Baby, couplet care experience


**Typical procedures performed on unit(s):**


* Cerclages, versions, c\\-sections, vaginal deliveries, D\\&C's, care of fetal demise, epidurals.
