* Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.
* Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
* Participate in continuous professional development and training.
* Assist in the management of labor and delivery emergencies.
* Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.
* Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
* Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.

* Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.
**Experience/Qualifications**
* Valid RN license in California with experience in labor and delivery.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

* Ability to manage labor and delivery emergencies efficiently.
