**Position:** RN\\-BICU\\-Burn Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN\\-BICU\\-Burn Intensive Care Unit for a 13\\-week contract in Madison, Wisconsin — earn up to ($2242 \\- $2360 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

**Responsibilities**
* Provide high\\-quality patient care in the Burn Intensive Care Unit.
* Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs regularly.
* Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
* Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
* Utilize evidence\\-based practices to enhance patient care quality.
* Assist in the development of care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes.
* Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to improve skills.
**Experience/Qualifications**
* Current RN licensure in Wisconsin and BLS certification required.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
* Experience in Burn Intensive Care or similar critical care setting preferred.
* Ability to adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
* Strong focus on achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.
* Strong ability to monitor and assess patients' conditions effectively.
* Proficient in maintaining accurate and timely patient care documentation.
* Experience in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to educate patients and families on care plans and recovery.
