Up to date resume that includes 2\\+ years of experience in OR and documents travel experience.

2 recent OR Supervisor/Manager References

Skills Checklist matching specialty

Current BLS, PALS, PEARS, CNOR, CST

EMR REQUIRED\\- EPIC

RTO MUST be included at time of submission

\\* NICOTINE FREE FACILITY\\* must be tested along with drug screen.



OR RN

Shift: Either 5x8's or 4x10s

Call required \\- 2 4's, 2 8's, 2 12's minimum per 6 weeks period.

Pediatric experience preferred \\- Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes.

\\*NICOTINE FREE FACILITY\\* must be tested with drug screen.

RTO must be on coversheet.



Facility REQUIRES the flu vaccination for the flu season. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious). Please do not submit if your candidate cannot receive a flu vaccine.





We are looking for nurses who can provide safe patient care while delivering excellent customer service. Nurses coming into this unit are expected to work as a team with current staff and provide support beyond an individual assignment.
