**POSITION: Substitute LPN**


**QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent


+ Ability to type as well as the ability to communicate, read, write, make basic calculations, and follow written and oral instructions


+ Meet the general health requirements of instructional personnel and has the ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.


+ General understanding of the objectives of the instructional program


+ Ability to communicate with adults, accept supervision, and be compatible to working with children


+ Must possess a valid West Virginia License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pass state competency exam for instructional aide

+ Supervising Teacher


+ School nurse assigned to school


**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

1\\. To perform job\\-related duties as assigned to accommodate the individual need of students

2\\. To assist feeding, medical needs, and personal hygiene to accomodate the individual needs of students.
