**Work Locations:** The main office for the Central Staffing Office is in Arlington, TX but you will primarily be working in **Region B.**
**Work hours:** PRN; Must be available to work 36 hours/week.
**Shift:** Variable Days shifts (no self\\-scheduling).
**Regions are as follows:**
Region A: Allen, Frisco, Plano, Dallas, Prosper, Rockwall, Kaufman and Center for Diagnostics \\& Surgery Plano
Region B: Denton, Flower Mound, Southlake, HEB, Arlington Memorial, Heart \\& Vascular, Alliance, and Azle
Region C: Fort Worth, Southwest, Cleburne, Clearfork, Burleson, Willow Park and the Specialty Hospital.
**Central Staffing Department Highlights:**
Texas Health Central Staffing Office (Progressive Care Unit) – internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all THR hospitals. The Central Staffing Office is broken into particular zones, but in the event that your primary zone does not have any needs, you must be open to being floated to outside, neighboring zones. The department prides itself in high performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills.
**Here’s What You Need:**
* Nursing Diploma required or
* Associate’s degree in Nursing required or
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred And
* CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
* 5 years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required
* Texas RN \\- Registered Nurse required upon hire Required And
* BCLS \\- Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire Required And
* ACLS \\- Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire Required And
* NIHSS \\- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification 30 days Required
* A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast\\-paced environment.
