**What You'll Do:**

* Provide skilled nursing care to a ventilator\\- and tracheostomy\\-dependent client
* Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform assessments
* Collaborate with family and care team to ensure high\\-quality care
* Maintain accurate documentation

**What You Bring:**

* Current WA RN license (required)
* Ventilator and trach care experience (required)
* Home care or 1:1 care experience preferred
