š Description: **Position Summary:**
* Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Director, this position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.
**Minimum Education:**
* Graduate of an RN Training Program
* Completion of Basic EKG course
**Preferred Education:**
* Completion of a Critical Care course preferred.
**Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications:**
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
**Preferred Work Experience and Qualifications:**
* Minimum one year recent experience in an acute care setting preferred.
* Two years experience in a critical care or telemetry setting preferred.
**Required Licensure, Certification, Registration or Designation:**
* Current California RN license
* BLS card (AHA)
* ACLS certification (AHA)
* Fire card
* Assault Response Competency (ARC) required within 30 days of hire
