**The Opportunity**
We are currently seeking a dedicated **RN Supervisor**
**What You Will Do**
* Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
* Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
* Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
* Support activities of daily living
* Maintain clear, timely documentation
* Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
* Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
* Other duties as assigned
**What You Must Have**
* Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
* Experience in a skilled nursing or long\\-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
