* Program content aligns with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements
* Rolling enrollment means NTP nurses can begin the program within 30\\-45 days of hire
* Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks provide hands on skills practice to enhance application of didactic content
* Content has been condensed to allow nurses to complete the program in 6\\-8months
