We are seeking an **RN Nurse Manager** to join our Adult \\& Pediatric Nursing team in **Elmsford, NY.** This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN with strong clinical skills and a heart for mentoring others who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
In this role, you’ll guide and support our nursing team while ensuring families receive the highest level of care. Every day looks a little different, but you can expect to:
**Lead \\& Support**
* Supervise and mentor RNs, LPNs, and home health staff
* Provide clinical guidance for complex cases and emergencies
**Ensure Quality Care**
* Complete initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
* Conduct supervisory visits to make sure care is safe, effective, and family\\-centered
**Collaborate \\& Communicate**
* Work closely with physicians, therapists, schools, and families
* Partner with our intake and scheduling teams for smooth transitions of care
**Grow the Team**
* Participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing new nursing staff
* Promote best practices in infection control, medication safety, and patient education
**What We’re Looking For**
* RN license in NY (required)
* 2\\+ years of nursing experience (home care or pediatrics a plus)
* Trach/vent experience\\- or a strong interest in learning
* A natural leader who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and problem\\-solving
* Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits
* Able to travel to **Westchester, Orange, Putnam, Rockland Counties and the Bronx.**
*Leadership experience is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity for a skilled RN ready to step into management.*
