đź“ť Description: BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a **Part\\-Time Clinical** **Manager (RN required)** for our **Jersey City, NJ Assistive Care State Programs** office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout **Hudson County.**

**Responsibilities** **for a Clinical RN Manager:**
* Lead, inspire and motivate Bayada staff to provide exceptional care.
* Visit our Assistive Care clients to conduct assessments in **Hudson County, NJ**
* Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
* Supervise home health aides (CHHA) and other non\\-clinical staff in the homes.
* Facilitate new hire orientation.
* Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
**Qualifications for a Clinical RN Manager:**
* Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
* Supervisory experience preferred.
* Homecare experience a plus.
* Bilingual\\- Spanish is a must.
