**Refer a CNA, LPN and RN. Once they complete 80hrs or 2 weeks, you will receive a cash bonus.**
**Qualifications**
* Active LPN License
* CPR/BLS Certificate
* Resume
* Physical and TB screening
* Valid Driver’s License or State ID
* SSN Card
* EMR: Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Monitor resident's general health
* Administer medicines and treatments
* Charting, Medical history, etc
* Supervise as needed
