**What You Bring to the Table**

**Education**
* Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.
* BSN preferred.
**Licensure \\& Certs**
* Active RN license (Single State or Compact) required.
* BLS required.
* NRP required.
* ACLS \\& PALS preferred.
**Experience**
* Minimum 2\\+ years of recent experience in NICU related nursing care in a hospital setting required.
**Skills \\& Strengths**
* Fluent in English (spoken \\& written) required.
* Collaborative, patient\\-first mindset.
* Cool under pressure with top\\-notch time management.
