**RN – Hospice House (Ray Hickey Hospice House)**

**Part\\-Time \\| 0\\.90 FTE \\| Day Shift**

**Salary Range:** $50\\.14 – $78\\.34/hr (DOE)

**Location:** Vancouver Washington


PeaceHealth is seeking a compassionate and skilled **Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our team at the **Ray Hickey Hospice House** in a part\\-time, night\\-shift role. This is a unique opportunity to provide meaningful, patient\\-centered care in a supportive environment dedicated to honoring dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Deliver direct skilled nursing care to hospice patients in an inpatient setting.
* Complete patient assessments, develop and manage individualized plans of care, and adjust interventions as needed.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care and comfort measures.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate and ensure seamless patient services.
* Oversee and guide care provided by Home Health Aides.
* Participate in discharge planning and assist with bereavement support for families.
* Accurately document patient care in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

**Qualifications:**

* Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
* Current RN license in Washington State.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Washington Food Handler’s Card required at hire.
* At least 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or end\\-of\\-life care required (hospice experience preferred).
* Strong clinical judgment, compassion, and commitment to providing holistic, patient\\-centered care.
