Procare Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** or **Registered Nurse (RN)** with **strong home health experience** to join our team. This position is strictly for **skilled nursing home visits** — **not Private Duty Nursing (PDN).**
**Requirements:**
Active LPN or RN license in Florida

* **Minimum 1 year of home health experience is required**
Experience with IV infusion, wound care, medication management, and documentation

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong time management and communication skills
