**Experience**
* 2 years of RN experience with at least one (1\\) year experience in dialysis is required. Professional Nursing Certification preferred. Must be able to read, write legibly, speak and comprehend English.

**Responsibilities**
* Provide direct patient care to dialysis patients during night shifts.
* Monitor and adjust dialysis machines to ensure optimal patient treatment.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
* Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Document patient information and treatment details accurately and promptly.
* Assess patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
* Contribute to achieving team targets and improving patient outcomes.
* Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and care.
* Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
* Utilize data and pipelines to track and improve patient care processes.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the dialysis unit.
* Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment.
**Experience/Qualifications**
* Valid RN license with specialization in nephrology or dialysis care.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in dialysis nursing, preferably in night shifts.
* Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
* Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
* Ability to accurately document patient information and treatment details.
* Capability to provide emotional support to patients and families.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to team targets.
* Proficiency in using dialysis machines and related medical equipment.
* Experience in using data pipelines to track patient care processes.
