**What You’ll Do**

* Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence\\-based, individualized care.
* Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.
* Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.
* Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.
* Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high\\-quality care across the system.
**What You’ll Need to Bring:**

**Education:**
* **Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required.**
**Licensure \\& Certifications:**
* **Active RN License (compact or single state) required.**
* **BLS required**
* **ACLS certification required**
**Experience:**
* **Minimum 2\\+ years of recent, hands\\-on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting required.**
**Skills:**
* **Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service chops**
* **Quick on your feet and calm under pressure**
* **Organized, thoughtful, and a total team player.**
