**RN Requirements:**
* **Active Nursing License** as required by the state
* Ability to **work every other weekend**
* Compliant with **state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements**
* Ability to **positively relate to residents and visitors**
* Strong **teamwork and collaboration skills** in a **multidisciplinary healthcare environment**
* Familiarity with **hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards**
* Understanding of **confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices**
* **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**
* Compassionate, **able to handle stress, and maintain professionalism**
* Must be **energetic, professional, and reliable**
**As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:**
* **Direct the daily activities** of nursing assistants to ensure high\\-quality patient care
* Complete **required documentation** for resident admission, discharge, and transfer, ensuring compliance with facility policies
* **Prepare and administer medications** as ordered by the physician and in accordance with established policies
* Conduct **daily rounds of the unit** and **prioritize tasks** in a fast\\-paced healthcare environment
