Join a brand\\-new **19\\-bed adolescent residential treatment center** providing care for girls aged **13–17** with dual\\-diagnosis behavioral health conditions including self\\-harm, depression, anxiety, and family conflict. This is a **high\\-priority, immediate\\-start** role offering professional growth and the opportunity to make a lasting impact from day one.

### **Responsibilities**

* Deliver compassionate nursing care, health assessments, and medication administration.
* Perform patient screenings and monitor for behavioral or physical changes.
* Support crisis prevention and stabilization under facility safety protocols.
* Document accurately in **KIPU EMR** and maintain compliance with policies.
* Collaborate with Mental Health Technicians (MHTs), CNAs, and the multidisciplinary team.
* Communicate clinical updates and concerns to the Executive Director.

### **Qualifications**

**Required:**

* Active, unencumbered Texas RN license
* Current BLS certification
* Minimum 1 year of behavioral health, psychiatric, or residential treatment experience

**Preferred:**

* ACLS certification
* Experience with KIPU documentation system
* Strong communication and crisis response skills

### **Compensation \\& Benefits**

* $45–$52/hour (based on experience)
* Overtime pay at 1\\.5x after 40 hours
