In this position, you will collaborate with other supervisors regularly to ensure seamless continuity of care and supervision. As a key resource and mentor, you will support nursing staff, nursing administration, the interdisciplinary team, and resident support services, fostering a spirit of teamwork. Your daily presence and continuous reviews will allow you to oversee all aspects of nursing services and serve as a strong advocate for residents to receive high\\-quality care. Additionally, you will play a vital leadership role in overseeing clinical operations, including the planning, coordination, management, and evaluation of patient care across multiple service areas. You will also establish and maintain a safe therapeutic environment for residents and staff, provide ongoing education and on\\-the\\-job training to all nursing staff, and apply your knowledge while following hospital and nursing policies and procedures.

* Work hours are 11:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with a 30\\-minute lunch. You will also be required to work every third weekend.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING \\& ELIGIBILITY**

**QUALIFICATIONS****Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:*** Three years as a Registered Nurse (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); **or**
* Four years of professional nursing experience providing care and treatment services consistent with those needed for individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness and/or a developmental disability.
**Special Requirements:*** This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
* All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1\\) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
**Other Requirements:*** PA residency requirement is currently **waived** for this title.
* You must be able to perform essential job functions.
**Legal Requirements:*** A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
* This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
