As a Charge Nurse, RN, you are responsible for leading and supporting nursing staff in the delivery of high\\-quality, safe, and compliant patient care. This role includes clinical mentorship, documentation oversight, and coordination of staff assignments based on patient needs.
**How you'll contribute**
* Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs.
* Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
* Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
* Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
* Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

**Qualifications and requirements:**
* Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. BSN Preferred.
* Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
* CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
* CRRN Preferred
* Minimum of two years in a rehabilitative or acute care setting, with demonstrated leadership ability.
* Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
