For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!

* Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
* Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months’ separation from employment.

*We are seeking registered nurses interested in joining the MaineHealth Outpatient IV Therapy team. Nurses in IV Therapy work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive infusion care to a wide variety of patients in an outpatient setting. The desired Registered Nurses for this position will have 2\\+ years of clinical experience preferably in a hospital or Outpatient Infusion setting. Although not required, OCN certification and IV chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration experience are a plus.*

*The Registered Nurse can expect to work 8\\-hour shifts between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a scheduled weekend shift about once every 2 months. This position also requires flexibility to occasionally float between our 3 locations (Scarborough, South Portland, and Sanford, Maine) from a home base location. Our 3 locations (Scarborough, South Portland, Biddeford and Sanford, Maine) are from a home base location.*


Summary:

The Registered Nurse II – Ambulatory role uses professional nursing processes to assess the needs of patients and families calling or presenting for care in the physician office and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.


Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)



* Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
* License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. BLS certification is not required for positions that are 100% remote.
* Experience: One year of RN experience required. Two years of relevant experience preferred. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse I \\- Ambulatory Care role.
