Castleview Hospital maintains a Gold Seal of Approval® from The Joint Commission, is an Accredited Chest Pain Center, a Stroke designated facility, and has been named a Top 100 and Top 20 rural and community hospital several times.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications and requirements:**
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor̢۪s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
* Associates degree preferred
* Must have a current valid Utah nursing license, compact state license or Utah apprentice RN License
* BasicLifeSupport(BLS)within60days of hire.
* AdvancedCardiovascularLifeSupport(ACLS)within6 monthsof hire.
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.
* Must have at least 2 years' experience working in an ICU.
