This position will belocated at ourRegional Medical Center off I\\-184 and Curtis Rd. Floats toMICU,CICU,CVICU,Neuro Surgical Trauma ICU, and theEmergency Departmentin this facility only.

**What to expect:**

* Gain experience in a dynamic and fast\\-paced environment within aLevel II Trauma Center andLevel I Comprehensive Stroke Center, where every day presents new challenges and learning experiences.
* Play a pivotal role in providingcutting\\-edge, next\\-level care for critically ill patients. Whether stabilizing conditions or implementing complex treatment plans,youโ€™ll be directly contributing to patientsโ€™ recovery in their most vulnerable moments.
* Enjoy the flexibility and excitement of floating between multiple high\\-acuity units, including theMICU,CICU,CVICU,Neuro Surgical Trauma ICU, and theEmergency Department.
* Become a key player in managing thehighest acuity cases in the region, treating patients with a wide range of complex needs, fromneuro and cardiac care tosurgical and trauma.
* As a float nurse,youโ€™ll thrive in an environment that empowers you towork independently and autonomously. Rely on your critical thinking skills and clinicalexpertise to make split\\-second decisions in high\\-stakes situations,demonstrating both your competence and confidence in caring for patients.
* Specialty device training includes continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), intra\\-aortic balloon pump (IABP), and impella/Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) if eligible. ED\\-specific training is also incorporated.


**Qualifications:**

* Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable).
* BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC must be obtained within a designated timeframe and are provided in\\-house.
