**Job Summary**
We are seeking a **Registered Nurse** to join our team! As a **Registered Nurse**, you will be:
* Obtaining patient's clinical history and appropriate lab work ensuring information is documented and available for use by a licensed practitioner.
* Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
* Verifies informed consent and completes pre and post procedure documentation.
* Receives relays and documents verbal, written, and electronic orders in the patient's medical record.
* The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, prior experience working in a medical setting, and excellent attention to detail.
* Thoroughly document all patient services within a patient’s chart
* Follow all required safety regulations, including wearing appropriate safety gear, to maintain a safe work environment
* Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
* Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
* Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
**Qualification**
* Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of Virginia
* Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
* Valid driver’s license
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with medical charting desired
* Strong attention to detail
