**Position: Per Diem RN Supervisors and Charge Nurses**

**What You’ll Do*** Coordinate and deliver individualized care plans for residents
* Supervise and support nursing assistants on your unit
* Collaborate with care teams to ensure consistency and quality of care
* Maintain safety and clinical standards while honoring resident preferences

**Required Qualifications*** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Current RN license in the State of Connecticut
* Recent experience in long\\-term care or acute care (preferred)
* Current CPR certification
* Availability to work **every other weekend**
