Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) is looking for a Registered Nurse who has a passion for helping others in a time of need. CARE Carlton is a substance use disorder treatment facility that provides treatment for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders who are civilly committed for treatment. This is a facility that specializes in providing services to individuals with co\\-occurring disorders, including those who may have high medical needs.
As the Registered Nurse you will provide professional nursing care and instructions to clients in a residential setting. As the RN you will assess the needs of clients, develop individualized nursing plans, provide direct nursing interventions, evaluate nursing plans and the care provided. You will also take part in developing therapeutic relationships and engage with clients in an individual and group setting, all while prioritizing safety and aiding clients in progressing with their treatment plan goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Managing unit nursing care; acts as charge of a shift as assigned.
* Participating as an active member of the treatment team in providing active treatment.
* Serving as a positive role model as a Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) team member

### **Minimum Qualifications**
* Licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse.
\\*\\*\\*Future Registered Nurses who are within six (6\\) months of graduating and taking their NCLEX\\-RN are encouraged to apply. Contingent job offers may be made upon successful completion of degree and passing of NCLEX\\-RN.
