**Job Type:** Full\\-time ( 4\\-on\\-2 off schedule)


**Shift:** NOC (11pm \\- 7am)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee clinical care during the PM shift and lead our nursing team with excellence.


### **Responsibilities**



As an RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining quality care standards and guiding nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include:


* Supervising nursing staff and managing daily clinical operations
* Ensuring delivery of high\\-quality, compassionate care to residents
* Assisting with treatments and medication administration as needed
* Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting appropriately
* Coordinating with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
* Ensuring timely and accurate documentation in medical records
* Supporting staff education and mentoring nursing team members
* Developing individualized care plans in coordination with the care team
* Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
* Leading by example and maintaining a safe, respectful work environment

### **Qualifications**


* Active California RN License (required)
* BLS/CPR Certification (required, must be current upon hire)
* Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long\\-term care facility (preferred)
* Supervisory or charge nurse experience (preferred)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
* Knowledge of electronic medical records and basic clinical software
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\\-paced environment
