**Job Summary:**


The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high\\-quality care in a collaborative, team\\-based environment.

* Residents assessments
* Care Plan development by collaborating with other healthcare professionals

**Qualifications:**

* Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
* Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
