**Job Details:**

* REGISTERED NURSE (Charge Nurse)/SUPERVISOR
* 11 PM TO 7 AM (32 HOURS, FULL TIME)
* INCLUDES EVERY OTHER WEEKEND AND EVERY OTHER HOLIDAY
* $36\\.75 \\- 40\\.25/hour plus $5/hour when supervising
* $2\\.50 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
* $1\\.50 WEEKEND DIFFERENTIAL
* $6\\.25 \\- $9\\.37/HOUR EXTRA WHEN PICKING UP EXTRA SHIFTS


**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Administer medication according to doctor orders/procedure
* Render and assist complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders
* Maintain current resident care plans on all residents
* Review patient records daily to assure accuracy
* Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes
* Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert lists
* Initiate any and all emergency procedures as necessary
* Other duties as assigned as assigned by the Nurse Supervisor, DNS, ADNS and Administrator
* As a Unit Charge Nurse, you will supervise 2\\-3 CNAs on the 11\\-7 shift. As the Nurse Supervisor on your weekend\\* you will also oversee a 30\\-bed unit.
* Position requires every other weekend.


**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED LICENSE:**

* Current Registered Nurse License in Connecticut
* 1 year of long term care experience strongly preferred
* Ability and willingness to supervise
* Ability to work as a team
* Authorized to work in the US
* Must go through background check process including fingerprinting
