This includes the Frank Residences, offering luxurious assisted living and memory care services; the Jewish Home and Rehabilitation Center, featuring long\\-term skilled nursing, short\\-term rehabilitation, and an acute psychiatric unit specialized in mental healthcare for older adults over age 55; and the Jewish Home and Senior Living Foundation.

**What You'll Do as a Registered Nurse (RN):**



As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care for each resident. You will play a critical role in ensuring quality care, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.


* Develop and initiate individualized care plans based on resident needs upon admission.
* Continuously assess residents and update care plans accordingly.
* Communicate significant changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate health care team members.
* Implement appropriate nursing interventions, including discharge planning and resident education as needed.
* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
* Serve as a clinical resource and provide guidance to LVNs and CNAs.
* Conduct initial shift rounds to establish a baseline assessment and provide oversight of resident care.
* Direct and supervise daily nursing care delivery on the unit.
* Document all care provided concisely, accurately, and in a timely manner.
* Assume charge responsibilities and supervise unit operations in the absence of the head nurse.
* Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, including Title 22\\.
* Foster a professional and collaborative working environment among all health care team members.
* Accept reassignment as needed to ensure resident care needs are met.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**


* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
* Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
* Current CPR certification.
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
* Two years of acute or long\\-term care experience preferred.
* Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
* Skilled in clinical assessment, supervision, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
